Full 30 Days Money Back Policy

We understand that it may be hard to buy such an expensive item sight unseen and offer you a full 30 day return policy on your order. The 30 days begin from the day you receive your order. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can contact us and inform us of the return. Once we receive and confirm your return you can option to switch for another diamond or request your full refund.  We stand behind our products and thoroughly inspect our Diamond jewely before shipping. If for an item does not pass inspection it does not ship.

Diamonds and jewelry will not be accepted back for a refund if they have been altered in any way,
or shipped back to us without prior return arrangements. The diamond must
be shipped in similar packaging as the original delivery. Furthermore, the accompanied
diamond certificate, if any, must return with the diamond in an unaltered status.
There is a $250.00 re-certification charge for all stones not returning with
the original unaltered certificate.

We do not have a return policy for customized mountings and jewelry.
